Family means everything to Us. We where on our way home from Alaska and needed to drop in and say hi to Jess and Aprill. We picked up my mother from the Boise, Idaho airport and I cried when I saw her after 9 months. Then we went down to Glenns Ferry, Idaho. This is where Our son Jess and his wife Aprill and 3 of our 16 grandchildren live. We took mom over to Jerome where she showed us where she lived, before it was turned into a golf course. She also took us to her old school

where she was the first one in her family out out of 13 to graduate. Then the remaining brothers and sisters followed her. Then we visited her sister Aunt Betty in Jerome. After staying with Jess and his family, grandma reminded us all of a great family union on the Snake River. We took her up to Boise to visit her oldest sister, Aunt Barbara. Grandma then flew home. There are only 3 sisters left and mom is the middle sister. Grandma turned 84 when she was with us. We soon left her and went back to Glenns Ferry and stayed with Jess and Aprill. We took Eli and Cheyenne to the state fair in Twin Falls, (Filer, Idaho). We had such a great time. They saw all kinds of animals and went on their first roller coaster ride with no expression

on there faces. But when all done could not stop talking about it

and wanted to go again. We walked around seeing all kinds of animals. They loved pigs

and horses. They where so tired at the end of the day Sam pushed them back to the truck in the stroller with their cute hats.

We also had Eli Patricks 5th birthday with Cheyanne and Brooklynn looking on

in the first new home

of Jess and Aprill,

you can see boxes and furniture piled high and we sat on their new floor.

We had such a great time and it was so sad to leave their home .
We left Jess' home and headed for Lehi to see our son Wayne and his family. We got to see Wayne in the morning before he left to work the swing shift at Ebay. We saw his wife Karen in the afternoon after she came home from teaching at a private school. Their sons Jeffrey and Benjamin are a lot of fun and make you laugh a lot. We only spent two days visiting and didn't have too many opportunities to take pictures. But it was great being with their wonderful family.
From there we were homeward bound!!!!!!!!
